About the experience

Discover the best of Sicily's eastern coast aboard the magnificent 13.5-meter Drakkar Yacht, a high-end vessel designed to offer an exclusive experience combining comfort, relaxation, and sea exploration. Thanks to the large sundeck measuring over 6 meters, lounge areas, private bathroom, full galley, and onboard barbecue, every moment of the voyage will be spent in complete well-being.

Departing from Giardini Naxos or Isola Bella, we will set sail towards some of the most spectacular bays along the Taormina coast. The first stop will be the renowned Villa Golia Bay, followed by sailing to the Isola Bella Nature Reserve, where guests can swim in its crystal-clear waters, use snorkeling equipment, or have fun with SUPs and paddleboards.

We will then reach Mazzarò Bay and the evocative Sirens Bay, perfect spots for swimming and relaxation immersed in an extraordinary natural setting. Due to the longer duration of the experience, the voyage will continue off the coast of Taormina in search of local marine life. It's not uncommon to encounter dolphins swimming in the waters of the Ionian Sea, providing guests with authentic emotions and unforgettable moments. During the excursion, you'll also be able to observe various species of seabirds and admire the unique landscape dominated by Mount Etna.

A premium aperitif with typical Sicilian specialties, two bottles of prosecco, soft drinks, and a selection of local products will be served on board. Morning departures also include a light Sicilian lunch, while afternoon departures include a rich aperitif accompanied by the spectacular colors of the sunset over Mount Etna and the Bay of Taormina.

Villa Golia Bay: The day's first stop is one of the most picturesque bays on the Taormina coast, ideal for relaxing, swimming, and admiring the view from the sea.
Isola Bella and Mazzarò Bay Nature Reserve: Explore the symbol of the Taormina coast with the option of snorkeling, SUP, and paddleboarding in the crystal-clear waters of the reserve and nearby Mazzarò Bay.
Sirens Bay and offshore sailing: Relax and swim in the beautiful Baia delle Sirene before continuing out to sea to observe marine life, with the possibility of spotting dolphins and enjoying the view of Mount Etna on the return journey.

Great trip Little slow at start getting access to the boat with what appeared to be quite despondent pontoon operators. Had a good trip could have easily done in 4 hours but the extra time swimming was good. Riccardo and his captain were very welcoming and made the trip lively 👍🏼
