First 285 is the perfect boat to enjoy and get started in the world of coastal cruising sailboats, as well as on several days cruises. It can be enjoyed in the different coves between the bay of Altea and Moraira, or the area of Serra Gelada, the island and the bay of Benidorm. The pleasure of governing the boat by means of a rod at the helm, makes it really enjoyable to feel the authentic sensibility that the shovel transmits, in each direction. Presents a very comfortable cover. The cockpit features teak details on the side seats, a small but useful swim platform and a very safe bow area. The interiors are finished with noble oak wood. It has two independent double cabins, bow and stern. The living room is spacious, with two benches-bunk beds in the bands and a folding table in the center. The kitchen with gas cylinder, equipped with electric refrigerator, cutlery and utensils. The toilet complies sufficiently for this length. We had a fantastic day! Roberto was so easy going.
Jaime was rude and unpleasant to work with. When I arrived at the boat, he did not welcome me. I was having trouble finding my sailing license. While I was looking through my bag he said, "If you don't have your license, I will close the boat." His partner was very nice, however. If you can work just with her, perhaps the experience could be better. The ropes were messy and needed to be organized for sailing. Some of them were falling apart and needed replacement. The interior was old and very scratched up. If this boat were half the price, it could be worth it.
A fine boat and Jamie was very nice and helpful. Everything was in order and worked fine. I would rent again. Thank you Jamie for the dinner recommedation. Juan Abril was perfect!
Jaime is very professional and friendly. The boat is as described, and we enjoyed a wonderful sailing day in Altea. Recommended to everyone!
