Summary routine maintenance: many unscrewed hinges, out of order bilge pump, 1 burst fresh water tank which overflows from the bottom if too full or at heel, binoculars on board out of order, request not to use the black water tanks whose the valves are also completely seized up, no checks on the sails at the start or at the finish, weak batteries. cleanliness at the start to be reviewed. Check in too fast. Check out done with photos, so it would be normal to have photos from the previous Check out… Helpful but barely friendly staff. In front of my remarks on return, the response was surprising to say the least: "it's a 5 years boat and we are in the middle of the season"...not really what I call customer service :) Advantages: oversized mooring chain allowing comfortable moorings and numerous almost new hawsers, boat generally well equipped, no real problems during the cruise
