Makarska is an ideal place to hire a boat for the day, with Brac and Hvar islands boasting pristine private beaches only accessible by boat at our doorstep it is an unforgettable experience. A busy tourist spot, hiring a boat allows you to get away from it all and explore the stunning villages and beaches Dalmatia has to offer

Nice small city with a Mediterranean atmosphere although quite touristy. Cozy yacht Harbour. Better book a boat in advance. The boats there are highly coveted. The 1000 beautiful tiny coves of the islands Brać and Hvar are easy to reach. It tools only 1/2 h to cross the sea at some parts.

The most important thing is to adapt to the wishes, and the islands around Makarska are beautiful, and those wishes are not difficult to fulfill

Cute, touristy port with lots to do for kids. Neat farmer's market off the town square.
