The first 21 is a small monohull, with Spartan equipment but perfectly suited to day sailing. The boat is only available for co-navigation, with the owner, and not for rental, for insurance reasons. The maximum number of people on board is 6, including the captain. Co-navigations are possible, Monday to Saturday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., except in winter when the boat is in winter storage. (I am not available on Sundays, unfortunately). It allows another, very original, approach to visiting Geneva harbor and the small lake. The body of water is surrounded by mountains and, in good weather, the view of Mont Blanc is on the agenda. Co-navigation also allows beginners, if they wish, to learn about sailing, in a friendly atmosphere. Departure takes place from Port Noir, quai Gustave Ador, in Geneva. (The port is located between the new Eaux-vives beach and Genève beach). The meeting point is at the end of the metal pier which leaves from the Gustave Ador quay (to the right of the pier, there is an all-metal building on the water), at the level of the access gate to the platform dinghies and at the marina (about 40 m. before the refreshment bar, and opposite a few parking spaces for cars). The closest (and reasonably priced) car park is Geneve Plage. Public transport : - Eaux-vives park and beach (Bus no. 2 and 6). - Black harbor (Geneva seagulls).

I had a lovely time out on the water and Veronique helped me to feel very comfortable steering even though it was my first time sailing and I am a little afraid of water. I would highly recommend adding time out sailing to your trip and highly recommend Veronique.

Veronique was a great host and captain as was her boat. Whether to learn to sail or for a leisure day on the lake, highly recommended either way.
Veronique was an excellent host and skipper. I have really enjoyed spending an afternoon sailing with her on Lake Geneva. Her boat is a joy to sail and Veronique is very knowledgeable about sailing and the lake. I highly recommend hiring her and her boat for a sailing excursion.

The afternoon we spent with Veronique on her sailboat was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Communication was easy from start to finish and we had no problems with meeting up and communicating in English for the entire afternoon. She was very welcoming and willing to teach us sailing upon request whilst also leaving space for us to just relax and enjoy the amazing weather. All in all, I strongly recommend sailing with Veronique as it is an amazing experience, especially also at this comparatively low price point.

J'habite en Haute Savoie et navigue très souvent sur le lac Léman. Je pratique la voile depuis l'âge de 18 ans, en passant par les étapes planche à voile, dériveurs, catamarans (hobie 18 puis Spitfire) puis monocoque (first 21). J'ai fait divers stages de voile, sur catamaran de sport et sur monocoques, en méditerranée et aux Antilles. Appréciant beaucoup le côté convivial de la voile, j'ai très souvent amené des débutants à découvrir la voile à bord de mes bateaux puis à la pratiquer régulièrement, grâce à des sites de partages d'activité. Je travaille à temps partiel dans le domaine bancaire.
