Nice contact with the owner, very professional customer service, a map with interesting places, recommended restaurants along the route, etc. If we were to rent again, we would definitely use Daniel's services.

Daniele was welcoming and helpful in advance, particularly in respect of suggesting potential stops for the day on the boat. However, we had a few issues: - firstly, the boat we had reserved had been damaged in a storm and we didn't find out until the evening prior. However, probably not much Daniele could do about that and he offered alternatives (although not quite to the same spec) - whilst the replacement boat appeared fine, in hindsight it appears it had also been damaged by the same storm. We unfortunately discovered this when the engine failed to restart after our first stop, and after trying a few times, our engine made a very loud bang, blew the engine cover off and caught fire - luckily we were able to quickly locate the fire extinguisher and prevent the fire from spreading further. We found out later that the fuel line was likely partially severed from a boat hitting it during the same storm. - Daniele was quick to respond to this and find us alternative options, which was appreciated. He also offered a partial refund (c.20/25%). - However, whilst Daniele took steps to try and rescue our day on the boat, it was clearly not what we had originally hoped for and also could have been significantly worse had we not quickly been able to locate the fire extinguisher. - Given the potential severity of the incident and that our actions prevented it from becoming more serious, we were somewhat surprised not to receive a more substantial / full refund but acknowledge Daniele did what he could to arrange alternatives at short notice.

Unfortunately the Arkos boat that I booked on the 11th Aug (1.5wks) before Holiday become unavailable, this was a little upsetting as I spent a lot of time researching the right boat for my family and the places that we could visit. I was notified of this 17Hrs before we were due to pick the boat up leaving me very little time to organise another, I was however offered an alternative boat and told would be fine for a family of 4 but unfortunately this wasnt the case, I was also told that the fuel probably wouldn't make where i needed to go and that i would need to refuel before I return - a burden I didn't want to have to worry about. I appreciate that sometimes problems arise and every problem cannot be fixed straight away but it ruined the trip for us and the support from the gentleman on site at the time leaves little to be desired.

We get an upgrade for our big family and it was so kind of Daniel. Daniel was very friendly, and give us great tips for our day. The boat is spacious and in great conditions. It was a perfect day, and we will repeat for sure.
