We checked out Cinque Terre, La Spezia and Lerici during our day on the trip! Amazingly clear waters just between Cinque Terre and La Spezia. Check for diveboats and snorkel there! Close to Lerici there is a very nice little inlet where you can chill and have lunch. Cinque terre was of course definitely worth it as well
I advice you to visit Portovenere, Palmarios & Cinque Terre by boat. You can have a perfect view while staying on the boat. You can visit La Spezia too. If you don't know where to eat, eat at Palmarios'isle. There is a great restaurant. Enjoy ! :)
we stayed in La Grazie, a small village on the side of La Spezia going towards Cinque Terre. it was much nicer than La Spezia and Fabrizio collected us from La Grazie La Grazie offers some beautiful little restaurants and is a very pretty little town that is wonderful for a base.
