Overall rating
We did a last minute booking and the boat was a fantastic experience to see the northeast coast of Sardegna. The skipper, Fabio was a great addition, and did a great job of communicating with us, managing the boat and navigating us to beautiful coves to spend the evening. The lack of air conditioning while anchored was not an issue for us (it only works while at port) but is something to be aware of. Overall, the boat was spacious for us, very well maintained, equipped with everything we needed , and very smooth on the water. A wonderful way to see the coast, and the boat and the crew were excellent.
A fantastic day hosted by Fabio and his partner! Safety and peace of mind on board, highly recommended!!!
Very well-maintained and comfortable boat for day charters and exploring different beaches!
We booked with air conditioning, but the boat's generator was broken, so we only had air conditioning in the ports. We weren't informed of this before arriving. Before finding better options at the same price, we chose this option because it had air conditioning. This was a requirement for booking, and we explicitly stated this before booking. Furthermore, the hostess was 17 years old, with no experience or empathy for my family. Nor was her mother, who was traveling as the skipper's assistant, who, instead of making the situation easier, made it worse. When my family (four children, my husband, and I) boarded with all our luggage, the hostess was standing there eating rice from a plate, and the kitchen was dirty. This was our arrival and reception. The boat owner's response to the inconvenience was also not what we expected. Instead of finding an empathetic solution, he suggested we not pay the 200-euro fee for his mooring in La Magdalena, thus limiting our trip and making us even more angry. This was our first family boat trip, and it left us with a bitter taste in our mouths. These situations were easy to resolve with empathy, common sense, and a desire to provide the service we had booked. Situations like this, when you're on vacation with children, are unpleasant and can be embarrassing. On the other hand, Click&Boat's response also arrived late. We had boarded on a Saturday, but the response wasn't received until Monday. We were two days without knowing if we would be able to continue the trip, as the hostess and the deckhand abandoned the boat after arguing with us, leaving us without an assistant for the skipper, thus limiting the trip's continuation. We were left helpless. This is something that should change. Click&Boat should have an emergency service to handle these situations. The only thing we rescued was the ship's captain, Fabio, a very respectable person who tried to resolve the situation to the best of his ability.
