This brand new semi-rigid 2018 is the best way to get to know the coves of Menorca. The semi-rigid BSC has the best qualities on the market with volumes that can accommodate up to twelve approved passengers, very easy to drive and great navigation safety. His helmet has received praise from the specialists. Classic line of wide width, almost 3.2 meters of sleeve. The two deck halls located in front and behind the cockpit contain convertible seats in extensive solarium. Unfortunately, there was a huge miscommunication with exactly what was included in the rental. Despite quoting for a skipper, this was never booked and rather than be accommodating, the boat rental management were rude and passive aggressive. The tone taken was unacceptable. We were lucky that a German skipper was in the area and called in. He was wonderful and the boat in great condition. That being said, it's a shame the management is not more polite and calm. I felt intimidated and will not be renting from them again despite the lovely day on the boat. It's worth pointing out that we had called Click and Boat several times in advance to confirm everything and nothing was flagged. Very bad communication all round which created a very nasty situation on the morning of rental.
