The skipper was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and professional, and the boat was spotless, perfectly maintained. No complaints there. However, I was a little disappointed with the cooler option I chose. It was a low-end cooler, delivered without the ice packs to keep things cold, so it didn't even cool. And when I mentioned it, the owner took it very badly. What a shame. ****Owner's Response**** Hello, I have read your review regarding your booking on June 30, 2026. I am delighted that you appreciated the quality of the boat and the professionalism of the skipper, which has been central to our commitment for the past 7 years in L'Estaque. Regarding the cooler, it is an optional extra costing €20. Although you requested this equipment just a few hours before your departure, I decided to provide it free of charge to make your day easier, even though you already had your own ice. It's unfortunate that this gesture of goodwill has now been turned into a complaint. I remain available to discuss the details of the service with my future tenants beforehand, to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.
