With an overall length 40 ft. and 13 ft. beam there is plenty of room topside and below. Large swim platform AFT, and large sun pad on the bow. There is a full galley completed with a kitchenette and refrigerator with bottled water & soft drinks. The cockpit has a large dinning table, and lounge area for 10-12 people. The main salon has a TV & DVD player and a powerful stereo. BOAT RULES: - NO COLOR SUNSCREEN CREAM; - NO MARIJUANAS AND OTHER DRUGS - DO NOT BOOK MY YACHT IF YOU LIKE USE IT; - ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT TERMINATION OF THE CHARTER WITHOUT A REFUND * NO SMOKING ABOARD; - NO ACCESS TO THE OPEN OCEAN; - NO PAPER IN THE TOILET; -NO FOOD OR DRINKS INSIDE THE CABIN; - SWIMMING ALLOWED ONLY WHEN the yacht engine is shut down and the boat is anchored; - "SANDBAR" WARNING!!! THE YACHT CANNOT GO INTO SHALLOW WATER AND WILL BE ANCHORED AT LEAST 300 yards from SANDBAR, where 7-8 FEET DEPTH. REFUND POLICY When weather bad refund 100% of your money if: - 51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. - Winds 18 mph or higher on the day of the rental.
