Jay was nice and walked us through all the systems on the boat which were clean and in good condition. We had a bit of an issue with the impellers being clogged with sea weed so we weren't able to move particularly fast but I'm sure that can be easily resolved. All in all, our group loved the boat and the experience.
Excellent customer service! We had a problem with our boat and got upgraded to a better bigger boat at no cost. Problems happen sometimes, but the solution is more important. Jay acted swiftly to get us on our way.
I booked this as a surprise for my boyfriend and Jay was extremely helpful in getting everything arranged with me remotely. He coordinated with me on drop off time and location to accommodate the guys' schedules on their trip. Huge thank you and highly recommend.
