Fountaine-Pajot BAHIA 46 catamaran in perfect condition. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet per cabin. Offered without Skipper (I can offer you one on request). Features : My boat can accommodate up to 25 passengers for day trips for coastal sailing, for example to celebrate a birthday. For offshore navigation it is approved for 10 people but to navigate in maximum comfort I recommend 8 people. But we can obviously add a couple or 3 or 4 children, depending on the desired program. For practical sailing pleasure, Mon Bahia 46 is equipped with a new horn mainsail and a 2014 genoa. For your comfort on board you will have at your disposal a friendly cockpit, a foredeck with sun loungers, all the equipment necessary for offshore navigation, fitted kitchen, fridge-freezer, oven, barbecue, solar panels, etc. The dishes on board are complete and everything is at your disposal to cook like a chef. 200Litres/Hour watermaker, attached to the engine: you will never run out of water again :) PLEASE NOTE: The price is subject to change depending on the type of request I receive (in particular depending on the duration of navigation). PLEASE NOTE The VAT regime linked to the rental of pleasure boats changes from December 1, 2020: Previously, with regard to vessels capable of sailing in and outside community territorial waters, VAT (20%) was not applied only to 50% of the base, which effectively amounted to a VAT of 10%. For rental contracts concluded from December 1, 2020, VAT will be applied pro rata to the navigation actually carried out in community waters, the AIS being taken as proof. The prices displayed are based on the old regulations, i.e. 50% of the rental time based outside community territorial waters. If you spend 100% of the rental time in community waters, VAT of 20% will be applied on the entire base which amounts to a rate increase of 10% compared to the rate displayed on the site. We will therefore ask you the question of your planned itinerary which will define on what part of the rental base VAT will be applied. For example, for a rental price displayed until now at €5,990 including tax per week from Ajaccio, if you stay along the coast (less than 12 miles from the coast) for the entire duration of the rental, the invoice for rental to be paid for one week will be €6,535 including tax. The price displayed on the Site corresponds to effective navigation in territorial waters for half the rental time. The differential balance will be payable upon return based on the actual navigation area. See you soon on board
