The boat I was given was 15 years older than the one I paid for. I was not informed in advance and this came as a surprise to me and our group. I notified the skipper (who was very good) when we boarded and Antonino after. Antonino told us the complaint should be directed to Click&Boat. The offer I paid for was a 2023 boat but that's not what we received.

we had a wonderful tour, Antonino was super helpful, and modified the itinerary as we asked. Our pilot turned out to be Cataldo, one of Antonino's employees, and I highly recommend you ask for him, an amazing person with extensive knowledge of the island, history, beaches, and everything in between.
