Perfect day on the water. Unfortunately the wakeboard we’ve booked was not available, which we didnt know upfront. Apart from that no complaints!
Everything perfectly fine. Staff very friendly and forthcoming. Boat in excellent condition. Minor technical problem was discovered by staff during nightly check and repaired immediately. All thumbs up!!
Boat wasn’t working properly. We couldn’t drive and the trip that was suppose to last 30 minutes lasted almost 2 hours. Boat motor went wild every time we tried to speed up and stoped in the middle of the see. It was pretty scary and I made a video of boat not working as it should with my iPhone. When I send that to Katarina she send someone to pick up the boat and afterwards I insisted on giving us 50% discount because that boat didnt actually work properly and they actually ruined our first day of vacation. 50% would be 85€ and she offered to give us 25€. She said the boat worked properly after they took it and I have it on video that we basically couldnt move faster than really slow. They acted like we are stupid tourists and like it was our mistake the boat didn't work. Very bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend that charter company to anybody.
