For Blue Marlin, if the weather allows it, you'll fish 48 miles offshore over 3 underwater mountains called "Picos Herminios," the ideal spot to catch and release a giant. Bonito, Dentex, Seabream, Little Tunny, European Seabass, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Bluefish, White Marlin, and more can be found in these waters, depending on when you go. On these trips, it’s common to troll using light or heavy tackle. Your offshore trip will be on board a classic of the sea, the legendary Bertram 35', completely restored in 2020 and equipped with the best gear with custom and handmade rods, Penn reels, Black Bart and Fronteira lures, and various teasers, all included in the price. The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Trips are run with the help of a First Mate, who's there to help you fish and keep everyone safe on board. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10%–20% gratuity is customary and much appreciated. Don't forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be snacks and drinks included on board. Captain Enrique strives to give the fish the best condition to survive, following the rules of Billfish Foundation to help to preserve nature and the wild sea life.
