If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Log in" on the top right of your screen, then on "Forgot your password?". 

If your account was blocked, you can contact us by sending an email to contact@clickandboat.com. Do not forget to explain the context if possible. For example, you may have entered your password 5 times wrong, or you may not know why your account was blocked.
