Good morning, I rent in GREECE (near Athens) my boat SUN ODYSSEY 40.3, a double helm with 3 cabins and 2 shower toilets, in perfect condition. It can accommodate up to 9 people but it is preferable to limit yourself to 7/8 for reasons of comfort, especially for navigations of more than a week. The equipment is complete: fully battened mainsail with fast reefing from 2020, Furling Genoa (2019), Asymmetrical Spinnaker on request, GPS Plotter and tablet for outdoor use, Pilot, Dinghy and Engine, solar panels for total energy autonomy. Bimini, sprayhood and lazy bag date from 2018. The interior varnishes were also redone in 2020 Note the many options: Teak deck, exterior enclosures, fans in all compartments, waste water container and additional portholes Sheets, blankets, towels and small fishing and diving equipment are provided and everything is included in the rental price except cleaning Boat maintained perfectly with dry wintering and antifouling every season. I remain at your disposal for any further information concerning your welcome; your refueling or your route. Also note that my boat is rented for a minimum period of two weeks, preferably from Saturday to Saturday but, depending on the period, it can be done on other dates in the middle of the week. In general, I prefer long rentals and adjust my personal navigation program accordingly. My boat is at the port of Chalkoutsi, between the town of Oropos and that of Chalkida in the Gulf of Ebée, 50 km from Athens and 70 from the airport. The location makes it possible to visit the Sporades and also the Cyclades, destinations which are about a day away from the sea. When the crew is limited to 4 people I can, depending on the case, provide transport from the airport. Otherwise by taxi it is necessary to count between 80 and 100€ depending on the size of the vehicle. For rentals with skipper consult me because this service is not included in the price and varies according to the seasons Finally, for those who want a combined land/sea stay, this is also possible. I have a house 500m from the seaside near the port of Chalkoutsi where my boat is located, with a capacity of 6/8 people that I can make available depending on the period. My Best rental experience ever on yannis sailboat adrigo. We have sailed 2 weeks in the Cyclades and the boat is very good , nice sails, good power autonomy thanks to very effective solar panel . Adrigo is in very good condition , everything is working ok . And Yannis is very concerned owner with very good communication before and during the rental
Yannis was the perfect host - both welcoming and going the extra mile to help - whether it be organizing a SUP for our week of sailing, offering his boat for an extra night accommodation, or providing advice on transfers or sailing routes. The Adrigo is also very well looked after and took care of us around the Saronics. Would be very happy to sail with Yannis and Adrigo again. Thanks once again!
If you are searching for a boat in Athen?! This is probably your best option. Very very nice experience. Yannis (the owner) was really great and Petrus (a skipper in the same marina) as well. It was a lot of fun to get in contact and we always felt safe and very good informed. Many many thanks!
The boat was everything that we were led to expect. Yannis provided answers to all questions asked and Petros yhe skipoer was great fun. We would recommend to anyone.
We agree with everything that has been said by the previous customers. The boat is in good condition and the area around Alimos is really great for a relaxed sailing trip. Eventhough we did not get to meet Yannis in person the communication was easy. Petros, our skipper was the kindest person and had good ideas for safe and beautiful places to go. Everything worked well even at 6-7 Bft which not every Skipper did when we were there. Sails could use a replacement and little rain water found its way to the port side aft cabin which should be checked. However, not a big problem since the weather is usually dry and sunny. Thanks for the good time and definatly a recommendation.
Boat is in very good condition, well maintained, well equipped. All working well Very enjoyable SO 40 The owners are very nice , and helpful I would recommend this boat to anyone who wish to have a great and quite sailing adventure
The week we spent on the boat was amazing. Adrigo is really comfortable and easy to use. The equipment is in good shape. Also, and most importantly, Yannis is a very kind person, always here when needed. He knows very well the navigation aera and advised us on where we should go as it was our first cruise in Greece. He is trustworthy. I think it is hard to find a better value for money... I would highly recommend to anyone who aims at discovering Greece to rent this boat!
Adrigo treated us well. I would recommend chartering her, read on if you're interested in how damages are dealt with... We received good help upon our first issue, a tear in the old genoa (along a previously fixed tear), and they offered to pay for it. When the spreader poked a tiny hole in the main sail on a gentle run (missing spreader cover as we left, razor sharp aluminium), that was a different matter and Petros stopped responding altogether. Allegedly because our calls and texts didn't reach him. As we returned the afternoon before our scheduled return, we were told we should've considered ourselves lucky to get any of the deposit back, as we had been in breach of contract (we'd been further than 40nm from Athens 48h before return). We paid €300 for the main sail damage, no negotiations possible. The main sail was 1 week old when we set off, so we were blessed with kind people, and things could've been much worse. Yannis and Petros were friendly and accepting, and whilst we treated Adrigo well, we probably gave them both a heart attack.
Despite Yannis wasn't able to receive us, the host Petros was very friendly and the most accessible person. The boat itself fully attended the expectations, however should be given more attention to the cleaning. At the end, was a very pleasant time and a good option.

Natif de l’île de Crête, avec l'habitude de vivre dans un milieu marin depuis mon enfance je suis devenu, les années passant, un amoureux de la voile. Mon rêve de propriétaire est devenu réalité dans l'années 1995 avec un Geab Sea 9,60 que j'ai garde en copropriété durant une petite dizaine d'années avant d’acquérir Adrigo, au début en gestion/location puis en pleine propriété. J'ai beaucoup de plaisir de naviguer à son bord seul et plus souvent avec des amis mais je ne rechigne pas d'aller sur d'autres mers, en Caraïbe, en méditerranée et surtout en Bretagne ou j'ai fait mes armes et qui reste à jamais dans mon cœur.
