1. Requisits dels anuncis
Aquesta secció estableix les normes que el propietari ha de complir perquè un anunci sigui referenciat i mostrat al públic al nostre lloc web.
Un anunci es referencia al nostre lloc web un cop el propietari ha:
- Creat un compte d'usuari al lloc web,
- Proporcionat tota la informació requerida per crear el seu compte d'usuari, incloent-hi com a propietari professional,
- Completat la informació obligatòria relativa al vaixell ofert per al lloguer:
- Almenys una foto del vaixell,
- Característiques del vaixell: model, fabricant, capacitat, equip de seguretat, extres opcionals,
- Ubicació del vaixell: ciutat, port, indicant si l'amarratge al port base està inclòs en el lloguer i/o la navegació,
- Estatus del propietari (particular o professional) – tenint en compte que falsificar l'estatus és una pràctica enganyosa sancionable segons el Codi de consum,
- Qualificacions nàutiques necessàries per operar el vaixell en cas de lloguer o si es requereix la presència de tripulació professional,
- Dates de disponibilitat del vaixell,
- Preu diari del propietari establert segons les dates de disponibilitat, l'import degut per hora o per dia en cas de retorn tardà del vaixell, el dipòsit de seguretat requerit per al lloguer, i qualsevol despesa addicional (roba de llit, neteja),
- Les condicions de cancel·lació del lloguer o conavegació escollides pel propietari segons les opcions previstes a l'article 7.3. En cas de lloguer, el preu del propietari el fixa lliurement ell i inclou la comissió de Click&Boat.
- Acceptat sense reserves les condicions d'ús,
- Obtingut la validació de l'anunci per part de l'equip de Click&Boat (en compliment del format de l'anunci),
- Qualsevol anunci que no compleixi les normes esmentades serà rebutjat per Click&Boat i, per tant, no serà referenciat al nostre lloc web.
2. Procediment de desindexació
Un anunci pot ser desindexat temporal o permanentment:
- At the Owner’s request,
- En cas d'eliminació o suspensió del compte d'usuari/propietari,
- En cas d'ús indegut o il·legal del servei, incloent-hi problemes de pagament (com ara sospita de blanqueig de capitals),
- In case of breach of the Terms of Use, including but not limited to soliciting Users and/or concluding Rental and/or Co‑Sailing arrangements directly with them outside the Site’s reservation system,
- En cas de no respondre a les sol·licituds de reserva i/o als missatges d'altres usuaris,
- En cas de valoracions baixes o opinions negatives per part d'altres usuaris (valoracions d'1 o 2 estrelles i/or comments indicating safety concerns, non-compliance of the Boat, or Owner behavior),
Delisting may also be accompanied by temporary blocking or permanent deletion of the concerned User account, as provided in our Terms of Use.
Click&Boat also reserves the right to suspend or delete any Listing or User account in the event of behavior jeopardizing the safety, trust, or integrity of the Site or the Service.
3. Classificació dels anuncis Criteria
Listings displayed on the Click&Boat Site are by default ranked according to a score assigned to each Boat offer.
This score, automatically calculated every 24 hours, takes into account the following criteria:
- Search parameters entered by the User (e.g., dates, location, Boat types, capacity, price, etc.),
- Listing characteristics (e.g., availability, location, price, Boat type…),
- Quality of reviews and/or ratings left by previous Renters,
- Owner’s response rate and time,
- Frequency of bookings confirmed by the Owner,
- Owner requirements (e.g., minimum or maximum rental days, booking cut‑off times),
- User’s preferences and booking history (e.g., past bookings, viewed and saved Listings),
- History of cancellations and disputes involving the Owner,
The list of Listings displayed after each search on the Site can be refined by the User using filters available on the interface such as maximum daily price, location (home port), sailing type, Boat type, Boat length, capacity (number of persons), number of cabins, equipment, year of construction, booking options (instant confirmation), cancellation policy, Owner status (“Super Owner”), and other criteria.
No financial or ownership link influencing ranking:
- Click&Boat holds no equity interest in Owners listing on the Site.
- Click&Boat does not offer any paid promotion service to Owners that would highlight certain Listings or affect ranking in exchange for remuneration.
