    This boat is fraudulent as well as every boat experience from this provider. The provider cancelled our experience at 9 PM the night before our booking for essentially no reason. They said they would refund us, but conveniently for them they said they have spent our deposit so cannot refund it. They have not told us that even when they come into more funds, they would refund it. Additionally the ClickBoat platform does not cover you in this case and demand that I get the money back from this provider. This platform has essentially allowed any boat provider to cancel for any reason and not refund you. This is textbook fraudulent activity and you’re not covered whatsoever by the platform. Horrible experience in every way that I can imagine and I am now unable to get any part of my money back. Do not book this boat for any reason.
