Covid Policy 2021 If the client will not be able to reach the Embarkation base due to the following reasons: • Governments-imposed rules at the time of the charter departure. • Corona virus disease certified by an hospital. The client can choose the following options: • VOUCHER to use in 12 months’ time from the issue date. • Book another date to charter within the season 2021/2022 - On a yacht of the same range for size and price (upon availability in our fleet) - On different yacht by paying the difference of price, if it is the case, (for choosing a higher level of yacht and higher season) Maximum SAFETY & SERENITY Our internal procedures, in accordance with circular no. 17644 of May 22nd, 2020 of the Italian Ministry of Health and the European directives, guarantee both our staff and our customers to be able to enjoy their holiday.
