About the experience

Have you ever dreamed about sailing in the amazing coast of Salento? Sailing to unknown places, discovering the Orient coasts of Italy, retracing the routes of the ancient Saracens. This is a dream we want to share with you! We are excited to set you off on one of the best days of your life discovering the incredible coast of Otranto. With the timing you decide, we will bring you to discover the best bays of this incredible coast. We will be sailing, snorkeling, eating on boat or at the best restaurants of the neighborhood . There is no other better way to deeply feel this mystic land but on Kalima! You'll be able as well to discover the basics of sailing with us! You can learn the basics to be able to test one of the first way of mobility! We are glad to teach what we know about the sea! Get ready to create some unforgettable memories!

I'm a 37 years-old guy born in Salento, my wonderful land. During winter I work as artistic director and producer of Festivals in Brussels. I am a player too, I'm used to play Pizzica, the typical music from South-East of Italy sometimes on stage, most of the time wherever it's worth! I usually travel a lot and I know a lot of people from all over the world. I love to be rounded by nice people! I sailed since I was 8 and this passion never left me since then. I sailed all over the Mediterranean Sea but I truly think Salento has a lot to offer!

I speak Italian, English, French, and Spanish

We will provide:
- Snorkeling equipment
- All the necessary ti sail
- Cold Drinks
- Typical food from Salento

It would be better to bring with you the following material:
- swimsuit, towel and flip-flops
- Bring sweater or warm clothing (especially at sunset)
- Bring appropriate footwear
- Bring sunscreen

    Eine wunderschöne Segeltour! ⛵️ Wir haben die Fahrt sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die persönliche und individuelle Betreuung. Unser Skipper war super, sehr sympathisch und professionell. Dazu gab es feine Snacks und eine rundum aufmerksame, herzliche und sehr freundliche Betreuung. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Tour absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

    Antonio was great! He took me and my family to a wonderful sunset boat ride. We rode around Santa Maria de leuca to the Ionian and on the swim stop he had stand up paddle and snorkels to borrow. One highlight surely was the aperitivo with the friselas topped by his mom’s garden tomatoes. The other highlight was the show he put on with this acoustic guitar, singing traditional Italian songs with his own twist while we watched the sunset. We were blessed by a wonderful full moon on the way back and it was on of the most magical boat experiences I’ve had!
