Attention, houseboat is under construction! These are sample images. The "La Mare Apart LL - long version" is a modern houseboat with an extended hull and superstructure. With a length of 12 m and a width of 4.2 m, it offers enough space for the whole family on approx. 30 m². You enter the houseboat from the bow and access the living area via the spacious terrace, equipped with table and chairs. There is a kitchenette with a fridge / freezer, 2-burner gas stove, Senseo coffee machine and toaster. The living and dining area is stylishly furnished and the comfortable sofa invites you to linger and watch TV. In addition, the sofa can be pulled out into a bed for 2 people. There is a storage room right next to the kitchen where you can stow some things. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. Right next to it is the bathroom with shower, sink and electric toilet. There is an outside shower in the stern, under which you can shower off with warm or cold water after bathing. The spacious roof terrace, which you can also reach from the rear, invites you to sunbathe and relax. The innovative concept enables you to spend the night in the most beautiful bays thanks to solar energy and inverters, comfort and independence. The hot water heating in combination with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great holiday even in autumn and winter.
