Welcome to Tofino! Beautiful hull for this 10m sailboat which rivals its 11m friends. Sailboat that sails all year round, with family or friends, ready to use, comfortable, with its headroom of 1.95m, its large bright portholes, and pleasant in wetter weather with its Webasto fuel heating , which ensures a good dry temperature on board . The mainsail is full-batten, with the first 2 reefs taken from the cockpit, and the furling genoa is a very practical 100% covering. Mainsail and Genoa are from 2020. The staysail is hoisted on a releasable forestay for close-hauling when the wind picks up. And for lovers of fast downwind conditions in light breezes, the BRAND NEW asymmetrical spinnaker (with sock) is a great pleasure (sailonet, OPTIONAL). The oversized 30 HP engine is reviewed each year by a LOMBARDINI engine specialist. The energy was reinforced in 2022 with a 220Ah slow-discharge battery and a nomadic solar panel. The small HONDA 2.5hp engine (OPTIONAL) will push the tender to the shore (watch out for the shore-break of the beaches), but there are also paddles. Come on, go! Head for Belle-Ile, Houat or Hoedic, or the Ile aux Moines in the Gulf of Morbihan, or many other islands, Yeu in the South-East, or Groix and Les Glénans in the North-West. Not to mention all the magnificent Avens or rias that line the coast. Southern Brittany is a veritable garden for coastal navigation and for lovers of typical Breton ports or wild creeks. Je suis morbihannais depuis 30ans et j'ai 63 ans . J'ai navigué en 420 depuis mon enfance sur la Seine puis en Manche , sur le lac d'Annecy, sur les iles d'Hyères , puis la Bretagne en baie de Quiberon . De 17 ans à 25 ans ,stagiaire des Glénans en initiation croisière puis perfectionnement Bretagne Nord et sud .et enfin, moniteur des Glénans en Bretagne ou en Corse ; J'ai navigué beaucoup en côtier puis en hauturier , l'Angleterre , l' Irlande et la Galice , la Norvège sur de nombreux types de voilier( du mousquetaire club àl'Arpège en passant par la goélette de 16 M. ...et le cata de 10 M.etc... ) De même , le tour de Corse en location sur un 15 M en tant que skipper . L'an passé , avec Tofino , en famille et amis , nous sommes allés depuis La Trinité/mer jusqu' à Vigo en Galice sur 1 mois .Très belle région que les rias de Galice . J'aime la navigation pour ce qu'elle apporte de satisfaction en terme de liberté ,de responsabilité et de plaisir de cet univers marin que rien ne remplace , comme peut l' être aussi la montagne , voir la haute montagne , d'une autre manière . Etre plongés en pleine nature et faire face avec les moyens du bord , partager de bons moments avec des équipages variés , connaitre ou découvrir les uns et les autres .
