Great service, helpful staff, boat is new and clean
We had a great time thank you so much great experience only thing we could fault was we wasn't shown any rules to using the boat but all in all we highly recommend
Everything was as expected
Muito bom. Recomendo.
Very good experience, however it was not clear that you needed to refuel the boat before booking, myself and my partner have no experience at all with hiring boats and did not think that this would be part of the equation. Further to this, there was no mention of paying an upfront €400 deposit upon arrival, to cover damages. In addition, there was no real assistance with bringing the boat back to the dock and tying it up etc and we had to ring for assistance to not cause any damage. Very good experience but some points to consider
They ve tried to stole us money
Pros: • Nice boat • Pleasant staff Cons: • Needed more information/training and places to visit • Main issue no staff manned the mooring area which was stressful as we were not told or trained how to moor the boat up when day had finished. Definitely need staff on hand when dealing with amateur sailers. Would put us off booking again I’m afraid.
