DESCRIPTION Bayliner 285 Ciera Cruiser ( Please read full description ) By chartering Bayliner Ciera 285 you made a great choise to discover all the beauties of Croatian coast, totally equipped with comfort. Boat is extremely powerful and easy to navigate thanks to bow thruster and new generation of propulsion duo-prop and easily balanced due to electrical hydraulic trim tabs. Fuel consumption is low which takes economical ratio on your side. The price of fuel is not included in the price. This motorboat takes up to 10 persons, but we will accept only 6 adults. Spacious cockpit and 2 inside cabins including salon, kitchen and toilet. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary cutlery and utilities, microwave, gas oven, 12 V fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle... Toilet is equipped with brand new electric toilet, shower and sink. On board you also have Smart TV and access to flat Wi-Fi internet. Wide and comfortable cockpit is equipped with removable table, and plenty of seating place. Step onboard the ciera 285, there's no end to your boating adventures. With the power, storage capacity and luxury design that will made you stay on the sea for days. Without our Skipper this boat is allowed to sail up to 30 nautical miles from the coast ( Including area from Split to Island Vis ). Skipper is required to have certain skills : 1) Minimum age: 18-years-old 2) Valid sailing License 3) Sailing experience But don’t worry if you don’t have required experience, we also offer sailing under the mentor skipper and sailing with hired skipper. Option to take a mentor to your first trip is great if you want to build some experience for your future rentals. Mentor skipper is an experienced person, who would control how you deal with the duties of a skipper and come to assistance should any difficulties occur. You take all responsibility, you make all decisions, but you will be able to call for the advice of an experienced skipper all the time. Other option and probably the best is to rent a boat with hired skipper. Skipper is so much more than a person who drives the boat. The quality of your holidays depends in significant part on skippers professionality and disposal to be helpful. Having someone else in charge of taking care of the vessel and crew will simply quality time with your family or friends. Don’t worry, the skipper won’t disturb your privacy. After all, we’re talking about a professional that is at your disposal to be helpful and present when you need him. We have a very nice time with the boat. Frane was very helpful and he answered all the questions via whatsup… Also Ivana from the office very helpful and quick booking. The boat is good but needs maintenance. Maybe has a “difficult” season. Recommended.

Great day trip out of Split. Water was a bit rough in the channel, but Frane was a great captain. Milna and all the protected bays were great. Great to have the local knowledge on where/when to go. Good time.

It was a wonderful trip in the Croatian Islands! The boat was easy to handle and comfortable (2 adults and 3 children). Frane and Ivana have been very helpful for all the steps. We have got good advises. I think that we will come back in Croatia with the same provider!
Frane was an excellent Captain and made for one incredible day on the Adriatic Sea. The boat was well maintained and comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. The only bummer was winds precluded us from visiting Hvar so you might want to check the conditions. Guess we will just have to do it again :)

Frane brought the boat to a mooring spot that was easy to take off from. The hand over was professional and Frane did explain everything in detail. The boat was clean and in good condition. We took of from Split and enjoyed a fantastic day around the Islands of Solta and Dvernik. While we had a problem with the anchor winch, we were able to fix this in a few minutes. The return abd check-in took place at the same location and avoided to navigate in a crowded marina. This is a great boat for a skipper with not so much experience (like me).

After plenty years of experience working with different boats in various marinas, and with so much love and passion towards that industry, I finally decided to start my own business. I started first as a student doing all sorts of seasonal work in Marina Kastela. Next step was the job of maritime electrician in Brodotrogir. Final step before going on my own was the job of technical engineer in a very successful charter company. Working on that position gave me a perfect opportunity to gain wide range of skills and experience to fully understand dynamics of charter business. I was fully in charge of maintaining various types of motor and sailboats and doing brief handovers to the clients chartering them. I was also responsible to organize the work schedule, spare parts for a team of technicians. During that time, I have improved my foreign language skills, clients management and organization skills.
