The "La Mare Apart L" is a modern houseboat with moderate dimensions and an enlarged structure. With a length of 10.8 m and a width of 4.2 m, it offers enough space for the whole family on approx. 26 m². The innovative concept allows you comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverters. The hot water heating in combination with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great holiday even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat in the harbor from box to box with ease with the built-in bow thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that others do not see with our anchor system specially developed for houseboats. Unruh Marine wishes you relaxing days and great sunsets in Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg Western Pomerania. Come on board, we look forward to seeing you! Living room with steering position, table and chairs, sofa (which can be pulled out to form a double bed), cupboard and kitchenette as well as large picture windows. 1st bedroom with a double bed, window and a door to the rear terrace and 2nd bedroom also with double bed. Bathroom with shower, electr. Toilet and sink. Stern terrace with outboard motors, gas locker and bathing ladder. The front terrace with table and chairs is ideally accessible through the spacious patio doors.
