To request a change for your booking, go to Click&Boat's instant messenger or your booking details page. This feature is not available via the Click&Boat app. You will need to go through the website (on your phone, computer or tablet) and follow these steps:
1. Contact the boat renter to obtain their agreement to the change to be made.
2. Then click on Modify my booking
3. Choose the item you want to change: dates, dates and duration, or other.
4. Check the information, then click on validate
5. Your modification request will be taken into account, our customer service teams will look at it as soon as possible and will get back to you by email with an updated contract.
Note: If the requested modifications lead to an increase in the price requested by the owner, you will be asked to pay the difference by credit card to one of our customer advisors. If the changes result in a decrease in the price of your rental validated by the owner, your credit card will be credited with the amount indicated by the owner
