It was a pleasure having Lucy and her company onboard! They were respectful of the boat, followed all guidelines, and made great use of the experience. Communication was excellent, and their enthusiasm for the journey was wonderful to see. I’d happily rent to them again and highly recommend them to any other boat owner!

We had a fantastic experience with this yachting company and especially with the sailboat Altair! The team was exceptional in ensuring compliance, safety and cleanliness, making the trip comfortable and worry-free. The boat was well-maintained, offering great value for the money. Communication was seamless and staff friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch yachting experience !

I’m very pleased to hear that you and your group enjoyed your time on our boat, and I truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service. Regarding the concerns you raised, I’d like to clarify the following: The mainsail: I have spoken with our technitians but also with skippers who used the boat before & after your charter, and they confirmed that the mainsail was and it is in good condition. While there are various types of mainsails, I have been assured that the one installed is appropriate for the boat. None of the skippers have reported any issues with the mainsail or found it unsuitable. It is a new sail installed in May, following the manufacturer’s specifications. The dinghy: Upon inspection, we found no leaks. It’s worth noting that temperature changes can sometimes create the impression of a slow leak, but the material tends to stabilize as the day warms up. Tablet and cockpit light: I understand how these inconveniences could be frustrating. Unfortunately, these issues weren’t reported during your stay, which meant we couldn’t address them in real-time. Nonetheless, I’ve already looked into fixing these concerns to ensure everything is working for future guests. Regarding the pricing, payment management and click & boat customer service. I’d like to clarify that our charter price was communicated in writing , with additional the cleaning fee to be paid in cash at the port. Any changes in pricing or policies from Click & Boat would need to be taken up with them directly, as we do not control their platform’s payment system. We have never received complaints about Click&Boat's customer service, but if you had mentioned these issues to us at the appropriate time, instead of afterward, we could have assisted you further and resolved all of your concerns promptly. Thank you again for choosing us, and I hope to welcome you back aboard soon.

We loved the CANENAS, we sailed her from Sami to Corfu and back and had a blast. The boat is in very good condition, during the trip we had some issue with the battery, but could meet up with the owner and they fixed it a day later.
