    CATASTROPHIQUE À FUIR ABSOLUMENT. Une expérience totalement inadmissible. Le propriétaire a laissé la réservation acceptée alors que la location n’a finalement pas été honorée, et je me retrouve maintenant à devoir effectuer moi-même des démarches auprès de Click&Boat pour récupérer mon argent. Le plus choquant est l’absence de solution proposée et le refus de régler correctement la situation. Quand on encaisse une réservation, la moindre des choses est d’assumer ses engagements ou de faire immédiatement le nécessaire pour que le client récupère son argent. Résultat : pas de bateau, de l’argent immobilisé, du temps perdu et des vacances gâchées par une situation qui aurait pu être réglée très simplement. Je déconseille très fortement ce propriétaire. Personnellement, après cette expérience, je ne lui confierais plus un centime.
