    Unfortunately, the ropes on the boat were of very poor quality, and one snapped in moderate waves, causing the boat to lightly collide with an object at night. This happened while we were sleeping. In the end, my €1000 deposit was gone, even though the insurance deductible was only €855. Furthermore, I don't see myself as being at fault, as I had properly secured the boat. It was a very frustrating incident. The rental company isn't really to blame either; the quality of the ropes and cables installed on the boat is absolutely substandard! I would have imagined a better solution, perhaps sharing the deductible, and now I'm out €1000 even though it wasn't my fault.

    I booked a boat from Click&Boat for the period from August 18th to August 23rd, 2025, and received a subcontract. Two weeks before I was due to pick up the boat, the rental was canceled because the boat owner could rent the boat to someone else for a little longer. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from both contracting parties. No response from Click&Boat. Now I don't have a boat for our vacation in Croatia. I can't recommend this site to anyone and will never order a boat from them again.

    Ivan was a very nice guy but the boat was in a bad condition full of banacles under. Also felt like there was something with the engine and propeller. Maxad at 23knots. Should do close to 40 with 300hk. Was a painfull experience to drive.
