We had a great week of navigation in the Saronic Golf in Greece with friends, navigating as a "flotille" with 2 other boats. We had an issue with the windlass that broke during our first mooring but the issue has been properly taken over with our technical contact at Sailways that arranged a new sparepart to be shipped to our next destination and a technician onsite that changed the windlass. Apart from this (that can happen), the boat was obviously fairly tired from intensive chartering. We provided a list of things to be fixed to Sailways so that (hopefully) the next customer could avoid the miscomfort we experienced during our week: - Security: Airleak in the Dinghi - we were unable to use it. We were lucky to travel with 2 other boats that could help us. - Navigation: The speedo was not working, - Confort: All door handles were loose. A real pain when navigating when all doors cannot be locked properly. Same when sleeping. No fans and no windows holders. - Kitchen : Very under-equiped: As an example - No cutting board, no kettle, no salad bowl, very few cuttlery and glasses... - In addition: the SUP provided was a joke: deflated also with no proper hand or foot-pump to be able to inflate it again. SailWays proposed a 10% voucher for the next location that we refused since we clearly expect not go again with this type of boat/company next time. Hope this will help.
