An amazing week in Greece on Kyriakos Boat. Serios is quite old now, but very well maintained. Batteries were new and we never had to worry about them running out which is very pleasant for a boat this size ! We had a rough week with 25kts every day minimum, but the boat handled it like a charm. The only drawback would be the small engine, which makes it difficult to go against strong winds and waves. Apart from that, the boat is very easy to sail, even with our crew of 2 :) Kyriakos is fantastic and will help for any question or need for assistance, thanks a lot for that perfect week in Greece !!
This is a very nice boat and handles really well the rough waters and high winds We had a blast Best vacation ever and if we are coming back next year, we will rent this boat again Mr Petrou, the owner of the boat was very helpful and very kind. I am proud to meet him and I can not thank enough for his advices. I would suggest this boat to anyone. It’s simple, and very easy to single hand it. I had to return the boat from Mykonos to Athens single handed and in rough waters and it was very easy trip Enjoy!!!
Very good experience. Boat owner is very friendly and helpful. We had very nice holidays. The boat is in pretty good condition, shows some age but it was perfect for the price.
Very good service, amazing owner. The boat was great value for money.
Lovely boat - perfect for couples! There were no complications with the rental at all, everything was very easy and fast. The renter was always available for us and very helpful in all questions! We really enjoyed our rental and I would do it over again the same way!
Everything was Great! We hade a nice Sailing Trip. This boat is easy to sail and perfect for beginners and relaxed more experiented people. The Host was nice and very kindly. I was curious, because it was weard to book a boat over the internet without seeing it any time before, but the destription online was fine and click & Boat did a good job with all my questions. So finally I took the risk and I'm happy I did, because everything worked out perfect. We did'nt have any problems with licences or injurance or anything else. No hidden costs! And Athen is beautiful for sailing.
The boat was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The only reservation I would make is that some hatches were not quite eater tight but we had to weather "medicane" Zorbas. Also,it is a medium size sailboat and lacks power both under sail and when motoring against wind and waves. On the whole, we liked it and would warmly recommend it.
We had a wonderful time on a wonderful ship. Three months sailing the Cyclades without any Problems. The ship was in good shape and well maintained. Whenever there was a Problem, Kyriakos and Elena were there to solve it. Thank you very much for an extraordinarty experience!
It was great to have this boat for this price, real value for money. We were welcomed very well and Kyriakos was very flexible with check in. All things were right and we had 2 good weeks.
The service was perfect. We had an amazing experience and would totally recommend. The owner was a very nice man who treated us in the best way possible. The boat was perfectly equipped and very confortable. Wish we can come back soon!
All went well, very easy, nice and smooth communication ! Thank you again to Elena and Petrou !!
We had some nice sailing time and we know there is always work to do on a boat, but we felt boat maintenance was poor and we lost sailing time due to this. 1. Genoa furler. Screw on furler broke and the furling cillinder around forestay steel cable snapped. We had to sail without the Genoa for most of the week despite requests for help and a handy man passing by 3 times. We managed to repair it ourselves with the help of fellow sailors in Poros, simply by cleaning the broken surface, drilling 2 new holes and placing manually 2 new screws. 2. Anchor shackle screw broke. 3. Windlass motor pulls the anchor up very slowly. Also, even with engine in neutral above 2000, running the windlass will cause instruments to turn off. I have even pulled myself up a part of the chain manually. 4. There is no tool box on the boat. I inquired for it and was told there is one in the beginning. This was a big miss: going out without a tool box is always risky and for something like the anchor we could've simply fitted it ourselves, had we had the tools. 5. Electric issues: there is something wrong either with the battery or with electric circuits. When sailing without engine, we've had auto-pilot showing low battery after less than 1 hour, navigation instruments turning off when using electric toilet, vhf battery and vhf making noises and giving error messages, fridge not working and our food kept cold only with ice cubes. Clearly, it's not sustainable that in order to run the fridge for 24 hours, engine has to run 12, as instructed. 6. The cockpit table fixation was broken. Also, below the sleeping extension support could not be fixed to the side. Overall, communication prior to rental was good, response time during rental was good, unfortunately the pre-rental maintenance and the effectiveness in solving the issues (except the anchor) was limited.
