Description of John's sailboat
Come aboard our Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42i! Although there is a total of 3 cabins (for two people each), the living room space can convert into two extra berths, making the sailboat comfortable for 8 people. Wherever you come form, you will probably land by plane in Athens, which is perfect because the sailing boat is located there. In only one week of sailing, you navigate to: Sounion, Kythnos Mericha, Kythnos Loutra, Syros, and Kea. You will find wonderful activities to do in each places; anchor at Cove S of Poles in Kea, visit the temple of Poseidon in Sounion, drop anchor in Agios Loukas (an incredible beach with a bench of sand in the middle), take a walk in Ano Meria in the capital of the Cyclades, Syros. if you have any questions, do not hesitate to send us a message through the Click&Boat platform. Had a great charter, John was very communicative leading up to our charter, and was very helpful answering our queries. The snorkeling gear was well worn with broken and mismatched fins and masks that wouldn’t seal. We made do though! A couple of extra pillows would have been good and we did have some crew complain of hard/thin mattresses on bunks. Well worn, the boat is 10 years maybe a replacement is due! But overall, a great time had by all and an easy vessel to handle.

The service that John provided was absolutely exemplary, from our initial communication to the organisation/running of the charter to the final return of the yacht. John was highly professional, knowledgeable and very friendly throughout, and gave us great piece-of-mind that the boat was provided in great condition and that there was complete technical support available. He was very open to any feedback we had to offer, and was also extremely accommodating to us with solutions to small issues being quickly found. Running a slightly older yacht for a busy charter season with quick turnarounds always provides some challenges, but the boat was presented in a very good condition for her age and at a price that was very fair for both the time of year and length of charter. I would highly recommend John's outstandingly honest, professional and trustworthy service, and we hope to return for another charter with him in future years!

John's yacht was very comfortable and the one week island adventure was a lot of fun. Skipper Andrea also had high technology, was serious and friendly, and made the trip more enjoyable. It was good to pick John's yacht. It looks like a gorgeous new boat called Hanse 548, but I'm looking forward to it.

John and his helping hand Andreas gave us good information and made it easy to check in and check out. The 42 foot boat (Thalia) in that age is in good condition and well maintained. We had a great holiday and we will maybe come back next year. The Yacht has enough space for 6 people, was clean and is good to handle.
