We arived on the discussed time and told to wait until he finish cleaning the boat. He told us that just this morning the Gps broke down. Depth finder and map won’t work either. And after we were being a bit concern about all the important equipments won’t help us to navigate an unfamiliar bay or keep the right speed, when we tried to connect to the bluetooth he said its super easy just open in our phone and will work. We tried and ask his help, he seemed doesn’t care and said its super easy, you can do while you driving. We wanted to make sure it’s connect before leave the dock. Still nothing. Asked him to show how, if he knows, turned out he never connect his phone so he doesn’t know how to. Long strory short, it didn’t work either. We were more than disappointed at this time. Overall We felt he didn’t care and customer service definitely wasn’t his best suit. He just want us to get away as soon as possible and no flexibility was shown after the troubleshooting, finally we left giving up on these things. We left 15 mins later than planed, so he said that’s on us. We still got to bring back the boat on time. To the last cent we paid everything we agreed but we haven’t got the service and the boat what was promised. We do understand if before our renting something came up, that happens. But first of all, please inform us properly ahead. Don’t surprise there. Second of all, his attitude. I’m sorry to leave a bad review. Never really do, but this time we all felt treated unfair. I rather do business with someone who is a professional and show some care.
