Description of Michael's sailboat

NuShen is a well equipped center cockpit ketch with up to-date electronics and gear. With 15m overall length she is a comfortable long distance cruising yacht. Classic lines with full teak decks and a pleasant interior as well as plenty of space on the deck and cockpit. She has been to the Red Sea, sailed throughout the Mediterranean and the North Sea. Her present home port is in Valletta, Malta. NuShen’s accommodation consists of: Master stern cabin sleeping 2 with full sized double bed, cabinets and its en-suite toilet and separate shower cubicle. Freezer and fridge and an electric cooker for food preparation. Usually breakfast and a light lunch is served on board. The cockpit is equipped with a folding table. Dinner a healthy complete meal is prepared or the restaurants ashore are explored. A double bow v-berth with separate electric toilet / sink for 1 adult or 2 children / teens. In the saloon below large dining table with sofa seating 8, hanging lockers and cabinets for storage of personal gear and a well sized galley are her interior features. We are committed to provide you with the best holiday experience during your stay on NuShen. As we don’t like to travel overcrowded during longer voyages we will only accept a maximum of 3 adults plus 1 child / teen or 2 adults and 2 children / teens. “One way” trips are possible.... For instance: Start in Malta, disembark in Sicily. Fitted with a large swim platform for water activities, snorkelling and swimming at a seduced bay is the real pleasure of sailing. For day-trips a maximum of 5 guests are accepted. Even though NuShen is registered to carry 9 persons we feel not having more than 5 guests enhances the sailing experience! All expenses such as fuel, skipper, beverages and food are included in the price except Marina fees during overnight stays, restaurant visits plus wine and spirits. Michael is a wonderful host and you cannot imagine better skipper than him for doing a boat ride . He’s really friendly and clear on his advices , has a high sense of communications and passionating stories. He’s serving you a wonderful and tasty lunch done by his wife and stopping the boat in wonderful places where you can dive and swim . So to conclude, if you want to pick a skipper for a relaxing ride with friends and family , choose Michael and you will not be disappointed at all.

Great day out with Fabian! Good wind between 10 and 16 knots made our day. Fabian is an enthusiastic sailor and eager to sail NuShen steering her all the way to Comino and back! The day started with some light showers. They cleared up during the morning and for some hours we had lovely sunshine during our stay in the blue Lagoon. I can highly recommend Fabian as a co skipper ...

Spent a wonderful day on the pretty spacious yacht. Michael, the owner, is a very professional, talented and friendly man. He knows what he is doing, has had loads of experience and knows the best spots for swimming. We were able to use a dinghy and surfing board externally. He also offers food and snacks included in the price; everything was very well prepared and delicious! Would definitely recommend booking with him and shall definitely book with him again in the near future.
