The "La Mare Apart LL - long version" is a modern houseboat with an elongated hull and superstructure. With a length of 12 m and a width of 4.2 m, it offers enough space for the whole family on approx. 30 m². The innovative concept enables you comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverters. The hot water heating in conjunction with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great vacation even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat in the port from box to box with the built-in bow thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that are hidden from others with our anchor system specially developed for houseboats. We wish you relaxing days and great sunsets in Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg Western Pomerania. Come on board, we look forward to seeing you! Living room with steering position, table and chairs, sofa (extendable to a double bed), cupboard and kitchenette as well as large picture windows. 1st bedroom with a double bed, window and a door to the rear terrace and 2nd bedroom also with a double bed. The 3rd bedroom is arranged on the side and is equipped with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, electr. Toilet and sink. Rear terrace with outboard motors, gas box and swim ladder. The front terrace with table and chairs is ideally accessible through the large patio doors.
