The "La Mare Apart M" is a modern and compact houseboat. With a length of just 9 m and a width of 3.60 m, it is ideal for water hiking in the inland area. The innovative concept enables you to enjoy comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverters. The hot water heating in combination with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great holiday even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat in the harbor from box to box with ease with the built-in bow thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that others do not see with our anchor system specially developed for houseboats. We wish you relaxing days and great sunsets in Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg Vorpommern. Come on board, we look forward to seeing you! Living room (9.60 sqm) with steering position, table and chairs, sofa (can be pulled out to form a double bed), cupboard and kitchenette as well as large picture windows. Bedroom (4.40 sqm) with a double bed, window and a door to the rear terrace. Bathroom (1.90 sqm) with shower, electr. Toilet and sink. Stern terrace (2.50 sqm) with outboard motor, gas locker and bathing ladder. Front terrace (7.00 sqm) with table and chairs, ideally accessible through the large sliding glass element from the living room.
