How can I manage the security deposit after damages were caused to my boat?

Click & Boat offers to all private boat owners a deposit management tool by card imprint.

Thus, when a booking has been made, our platform will proceed to the registration of the imprint of the card used for payment. You agree not to ask for a deposit check from the renter.

Any damage must be declared to Click & Boat within 24 hours following the rental:

- by phone on +44 1924 921 020 from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 CET (7/7 during high season)

- by e-mail to contact@clickandboat.com

- from the owner's account, by clicking on the link "Report a damage" on the relevant listing.

To complete the damage file, it will be necessary to provide the rental contract and the damage report signed by the renter and the owner as well as the photos depicting the damage.

Professional owners have to manage their deposit (check or card imprint) and the damage file.

The amount of the deposit is defined by the owner and appears on the listing under "Features".
