At the end of the rental, the boat must be returned on time, clean, and with a full fuel tank (or at the same level as received).
If this is not the case, you can ask your renter for compensation for the time spent on dealing with these issues or for any additional costs incurred.
You have the following options:
- amicable agreement between you and the renter, who has to compensate you directly upon the return of the boat
- include all relevant information in the damage report provided by Click & Boat, and to sign it with the renter. After you provide us with a receipt and the rental documents, signed within 24 hours after the end of the rental, Click & Boat will withhold the corresponding amount from the renter's security deposit.
If you are a professional boat owner, you can ask the renter for compensation according to the conditions indicated on your rental agreement.
