My boat was rented, but I did not receive a review. What do I do?

At the end of the rental, Click & Boat contacts the owner and the renter and invites them to submit reviews on their respective experiences.

If the renter has not left a review, do not hesitate to send them a message (via the platform) to ask them to do so.

You can also contact us by e-mail at contact@clickandboat.com so that we can also ask the renter to submit a review.
