When will I be charged?

When you click "Book" on a Click & Boat listing, you have to enter your bank details and indicate whether you wish to have the Weather Guarantee for one-day rentals or insurance for assistance, repatriation and cancellation.

You will only be charged after your booking request has been accepted by the owner of the boat. If they reject your request, your card will not be charged.

Once the booking has been confirmed and paid, you will receive an email confirming your booking.

The boat owner's contact details will then be available on your own Click & Boat account, so that you can arrange all details (meeting time, list of passengers etc.) before setting sail.
