Gerrit, Palemon was absolutely FABULOUS in every single respect. He’s a total pro, really knows his stuff, is a fantastic chef, and has that classic, professional, caring and passionate Mexican spirit, exactly the same as my 11 employees at Casa La Laguna, which is a 5 Star Private Villa Resort on the beach in Los Cabos. Palemon totally gets it including seeing what you need before you ask him, being constantly proactive keeping the cat tidy at all times in the midst of all his other duties including captain, chef, etc., etc. I don’t know how he does it. What I do know is, he’s as anal and passionate about it as I am. AWESOME! With my lifetime nautical/surfing?SUP/Waterman background, I enjoyed every moment chatting with him about it including his life on the water, my background, the cat itself, learning the geography of the Yucatan on the water, etc., etc. The only catamaran I ever owned was a Hobie 16, which wss manufactured near my home in Newport Beach, in Dana Point, but Hobie Altar. That was totally my world growing up here in Newport and still is. We all always idolised Hobie from the beginning. In fact, one of my high school classmates owned the Hobie catamaran dealership, which was literally just down the street from where I'm now sitting in my home on the bay in Newport. Point is, this trip was a PERFECT FIT in all respects. As you know, I’ve been in the high-end hospitality business in Los Cabos between my two villas for over 13 years, having completed over 600 successful rentals. My previous two careers were also very high-end service business, life insurance, than an overnight delivery company similar to Estafeta. We actually had an arrangement with them back in the day. Needless to say, all that you’ve accomplished at such a young age is over the top impressive to me. I have the highest respect. All the best guys; thanks again! I have every intention of returning, hopefully within the year. Super comfortable trip and Captain Pale is a very safe & experienced Captain maybe too safe. Owner Gerrit has excellent communication skills and always available for questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days sail with them, very peaceful and the Captain is very discreet with his presence. Thank you!!
