After receiving a quote any messages I sent were responded to fairly quickly, however once I reviewed the quote and accepted the quote and paid the company were difficult to contact initially tried ringing several times and sent emails which did concern me. After paying I was told there was a €90 handling fee, I stated to Daniella that this was not part of the quote I accepted however she went on to say she always charges it but I said I accepted a quote which should not change so be careful of hidden charges. The boat itself was very nice, and we were initially given a briefing by Sven who was very helpful, but after we used the electric anchor for the first time it failed to retract. Luckily a friend of mine on board has experience with these things and managed to find a fuse and replace it, after making a complaint to Danielle, she said well we didn’t charge you for the fuse !!! Did she expect us to use the anchor manually all day? The second place we stopped again, we lowered the anchor and when we decided to leave again, the anchor would not retract as it seemed the fuse went again so I went to the front and manually lifted the anchor. Following the second time the anchor failed we decided not to stop in any bays as it already cost us some time during the trip we proceeded to a harbour so we didn’t have to lower the anchor. Again on the way back, we did not stop at any bays because of the problems with the anchor. I reported all this to Daniella to give her the opportunity to put things right and reimburse us for the problems we encountered but she decided not to do anything to make things right. The company that actually let the boat was Daniella Krause in Santa Catalina, I would not have put this with you if she had done something to put things right. so if you are renting from this company, just check what situation you are in if the boat breaks down in anyway.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a boat, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The boat itself was in excellent condition, and from a technical standpoint, everything was in proper working order. I was particularly impressed with Sven, the technical guy who took care of the boat. He was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and accommodating. He made sure that we had a smooth and enjoyable trip. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend renting a boat from this company, thanks to the nice boat and the exceptional service provided by Sven.

Daniela and her team are marvellous 🤩 They accommodate you with amenities such as food and drinks to be prepared for you prior to boarding the yacht. The handover was perfect and everything worked well! Definitely 100% recommendation!!! We will for sure charter a yacht with you again! ☺️

Lovely people to deal with, friendly and helpful service. The boat was clean, well-kept and in good working order. Only negatives (and these were minor) was the boat was a little short for a 6'1" person and the diesel engine was a bit loud compared to a petrol equivalent.

Daniela was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Really professional and friendly set-up. The boat was very well prepared and presented and Sven did a very thorough handover. We’ll be booking with them again.

Very happy with renting the boat from Daniela. Exactly been getting what was promised. Also during our rental Daniela asked if everything was ok. That was a nice bonus. Can’t really complain about anything. Will rent again. Thank you.

Daniela was incredibly nice and professional! She responded quickly, and was able to accomodate all of our requests. Was an absolute pleasure chartering a boat through her, and we had a fantastic day on the water!
