The point of departure, Skiathos, will allow you to access many wonderful nearby areas, such as: Skopelos, Alonissos, Skiros, Kira Panagia, Porto Koufo, Halkidiki, Volos, and Evia. You can discover the church of Mamma Mia, located on the island of Skopelos, or the green mountains of Alonissos by anchoring at Steni Vala. All the small ports in those islands are sailor friendly, and you will find tasteful greek food and fresh fish to take aboard your ship and cook when moored in a beautiful bay.
