The Service and food was excellent. Communication upfront with Kristina aswell. We had a great day with a relaxed crew. We loved it!
Good morning, I would like to express my great disappointment with the cooperation with Kristina. I booked a catamaran LAGOON 46 – brand new from 2022 and we were boarded for a catamaran lagoon 450 from 2013. Katarina also required from us full amount payment before the cruise begins. We understood the fact that we had been cheated by Krystine after reaching the port. Since it was my wife’s birthday surprise I continued the trip The only highlight of this trip was the fantastic skipper and his girlfriend who I can truly recommend! Nevertheless I used to rent boats with Nautal.it and so far never had such an unpleasant surprise. This was my first trial with CLICK&BOAT and it definitely failed. I could have had this kind of boat for far less money. Truly disappointed
This boat trip was an incredible experience! The boat was very clean and full of all the amenities you need. The crew was incredibly nice and took us to the best locations in the Aegan sea. They made us an incredible barbeque lunch and were kind enough to explain to us all about the islands and answer all the questions we had. My only complaint was that we could not stay longer! We did not want to leave! : ) Oh and our reservation specialist Kristina was very nice and knowledgeable. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions. When we come back to Greece, we will absolutely book again! DO NOT MISS YOUR CHANCE TO BOOK THIS BOAT! You will not regret it.
