My husband Nikos and I, love the sea. We come from island families of sailors and fishermen. We have been sailing the Greek seas and the Mediterranean for many years. Nikos is a cross-atlantic sailor and has participated in many regattas, in Greece and worldwide. We have raised 4 children, two girls and two boys, aged from 15 to 27, in the sea and on sailing boats. We value our guests, as our own family. We love our boat. We have named her Honey Ryder, after the James Bond Girl character, played by the legendary Ursula Andres in the classic film "Doctor No", where she emerges from the carribean sea, carrying sea shells and singing "under the mango tree, my honey and me..." We are personally taking the best care of our boat and we want our guests to have a unique holiday experience aboard, as well as visit and explore the beauty of the Greek islands. If you are an experienced sailor, you are welcome to charter Honey Ryder bareboat. If not, or if you would like to have a relaxed holiday, please ask for our professional skipper service. We would be happy to accomodate your needs, such as pick-up service and food provisioning, so that you will not spend a minute off your holiday for trivialities. For the full culinary experience, ask for a hostess service. Our hostess will introduce you to the real greek cuisine, make you nutricious snacks during the day and special meals adapted to your preferences, using local fresh products and pairing them with the best local wines. Please ask us for the shopping list, as well as the suggested menu, to help the hostess plan your meals.
