CATAMARAN ZIVA Built in 2010 and delivered to California in 2011. Her current owners sailed her to Mexico in 2018 and continue to enjoy sailing her in Mexico. They have decided to share her with exclusive guests in small parties. Now a little bit about her: Ziva is a 50 foot sailing catamaran built as a luxurious owner’s yacht. To accomplish this, the owners asked for high quality details and amenities for comfort and safety. PROUT, the builders, came through with four sleeping cabins, hosting queens size beds, en-suite electric flush toilet, shower and individual, per cabin, climate control. Exotic woods are used throughout. Aft exterior decks are teak. Interior flooring is rich dark hardwood; walls are upholstered leather and light maple. The overall affect is rich, warm and relaxing. Inside Saloon: The inside saloon accommodates eight guests at the dinning table and an additional couple at the adjacent cocktail table. Soft goods, seating, are red leather. Tables are maple with nautical inlays. Aft Sun Covered Deck: Alfresco dining is available on the aft sun coverer deck. Located here is a large teak dinning table with seating for eight. And again, there is an adjacent area for cocktails or additional guest dinning. Forward Sun Deck: Ziva’s wide walk around decks and forward lounge area with plenty of room on two trampolines and large deck to sit, lounge and enjoy relaxing as we gracefully sail the beautiful waters of Banderas Bay or other areas as you desire. Water access: Accessing the water for swimming is easy. The aft hulls are stepped gently to within inches from the water. There is a “swim ladder” for getting back onboard.
