The ´Ria de Sada´, the nearby fishing villages and the beaches are very beautiful from land, but nothing compares to the perspective of seeing them from the sea on board a boat. Get close to them sailing, we will drop anchor in one of the multiple anchorages and you will enjoy a meal on board after a well-deserved swim in the sea; to later be able to relax on the teak deck before sailing back to port thanks to the usual northeast wind in summer, accompanied by your family or friends. I will go with you aboard ITACA, my 12m sailboat that can easily accommodate six guests. It is very easy to handle, even alone, and offers all the characteristics of a cruising sailboat of this length. I will receive you at the access barriers to the port of Sadamar in Sada and I will invite you to enter the private parking near the ship for your comfort. A typical day in the ´Ría de Sada´ can start at mid-morning, around 11:00 a.m. from the ITACA square in SADAMAR and in a few minutes, we will be sailing in the middle of a fantastic protected natural area ready for adventure. Families with children are welcome, please just tell me their age in case we need any extra security element; We will plan the day with them in mind so that they enjoy the experience without setbacks. I particularly love promoting them from newbies to little sailors as the day goes by and they help sail on little tasks I set for them. The fishing ports of Ares, Lorbé or Redes are within a radius of an hour and a half by navigation; other anchoring places are even closer if what we want is to bathe and rest as much as possible. For the more adventurous, we can navigate to the open sea and perceive 'a costa da morte' at its best. If we eat light while sailing, we can even enter the ´Ría de Ferrol´ and enjoy one of the most spectacular natural entrance channels in the world surrounded by abandoned military fortifications and still return to port on time. The day will end back at the port of Sadamar at approximately 7:00 p.m. When we talk about our day on board, we can talk about the details of the food, navigation preferences and other questions that you need.
