Vigo is nice and quaint. We explore the small towns around by the ocean, all beautiful! Parador de Baiona is must stop!
In the same trip went to Santiago de Compostela and Porto, Portugal. Very easy day trips from Vigo!

You have to go to the Island of Cies. Stunning. Vigo has some amazing restaurant as does Bouzas, where they build ships. You just need to wander. Patos beach 8km south of Vigo nice beach too.
Be warned though, although it was 32 degrees, the water was 16c. It was refreshing!
